Tonight is the night

The news is out: [In the realm of public opinion, one overarching issue has dominated this year’s presidential race: President Trump himself.
Throughout his term, Americans have expressed strong opinions about him one way or the other, according to polls. And today, most voters know for certain where they stand in the contest between Mr. Trump and Joseph R. Biden Jr. — largely because they’re certain about whether they want to re-elect the president.]

Tonight, Americans will be glued to their TV sets to watch the presidential debate between Biden and Trump. Millions seem to be personal friends of the candidates; willing to do anything for them to win.

This time is special, because it will be, once more, 2 senile white men, 2 sexual predators without an ounce of ethics between them. Both have never read the Constitution, don’t give a rat’s ass about the rule of law, are willing to accept any cash offer for whatever they can sell to anyone, foreign or domestic. Who can fault them? And both have kids who profited from foreign governments.

I don’t know Biden or Trump; I have as much feeling for them as they have for me. When I think of all the people I respect the most, Biden and Trump are right there, serving them drinks. Because of a scheduling conflict, I will miss this debate; I have a date in the shower with myself. Basically, I will doing the same as anyone who watches the debate; except, in the end, I will have something to show for my effort.
