The news is out: [A high school teacher charged with criminal sexual abuse after what she admitted was an inappropriate relationship with a student appeared in court Monday.
Erin Kemp, 38, admitted to the month-long relationship in September and resigned from her job as a business teacher on Sept. 17, according to the Morton Unit School District 709.
Kemp then admitted that she had kissed and “inappropriately touched” the minor student but not sexually. The student said otherwise to children’s services, according to the Pekin Daily Times.]
Kids don’t stand a chance in this country.
