After every single tragic event in the US, shameless public officials gather around to present their excuses for not doing the job they are getting paid to do, pat themselves on the back because “it could have been worse” and promise they will do better next time.
In a repulsive, revolting, offensive, insulting, disgusting display of mental masturbation, there is plenty of self-praise going around and no blame whatsoever. It brings to mind the powerful words of many great minds who came before me:
Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity. Martin Luther King, Jr.
“A people that elect corrupt politicians, imposters, thieves and traitors are not victims… but accomplices” ― George Orwell
Stupidity teaches to hate people we don’t know and take credit for accomplishments we had no part in whatsoever.
“The difference between genius and stupidity is genius has its limits.” — Albert Einstein
